This is one of my old lyrics. The original song was Romeo and Juliet of Sarayevo 薩拉熱窩的羅密歐與朱麗葉 sung by Sammi Cheng 鄭秀文. The song was based on a true tragedy of a pair of star-crossed lovers at the Israeli-Palestinian border.

My story is about a mute boy with golden hair in a poor village of black heads. His striking appearance made him an outcast, and his silence prevented him from connecting with anyone.
When disasters befell that wiped out the whole village, he realized that he had the inherent power of infinite revival. As he was reborn again and again from tragic deaths in a fallen world, he gradually gained the power of mind-hearing. He became more and more sensitive to the pain of humans around him, hearing all the outcries deep down from their hearts. This unbearable understanding of the depraved state of the people who caused his never-ending suffering compelled him to forgive them again and again. What should he do with the painful connection that tied him to this world he did not belong, and to this people he could not help but love?
He grew up. And was forced to make a choice when his own kind arrived to conquer this world.
